 ACCOUNTABILITY IMPLEMENTATION

Purpose: Augment management in producing accountable implementation of strategy, leadership, culture, and sales programs back inside the company.

Span of Time: 5 to 6 months

Program Flow:
 

  1. Individual Coaching: Individual sessions are provided as appropriate to assess progress and ensure accelerated results.
     
  2. Outside Expert Coordination: Typically organizations retain outside resources (management consultants, communications agencies, training and development firms, etc.) but realize they now require alignment to support the new leadership and strategy levels the executives have evolved to. In order to prevent collisions, distractions, and tangents outside services may introduce, we provide support for the selection and coordination of these resources to maximize the organization’s ROI in these services.
     
  3. On-site Implementation Group Sessions: A series of sessions that ensure real-time implementation and habituation of learnings back into the workplace. These sessions also help reduce dependency on the Institute by inculcating self-evolution into the team and may include such topic areas as:
