PROGRAM FLOW EXAMPLE
 

Transformational strategy, leadership, and organizational events are customized for each client using the following:

Step I: Pre-Decision Assessment: Used to better assess the client, understand the desired result, and determine whether the client is a fit for the Institute. Activities include: 

  1. Evaluation: Meeting with Executive Sponsor to determine desired outcomes, necessary approach, and participants.

  2. Assessment: Confidential 1-1 assessment interviews with participants to learn more deeply about the issues and patterns of behavior in the organization.

  3. Coaching: As needed, coaching is performed to initiate and galvanize participant insights and thinking appropriate for the program.

STEP II - Final Decision: The Institute decides whether or not to accept the client project based on conclusions from STEP I. If so, we continue. If not, client only pays for travel expenses.

STEP III - Analysis: Based upon the assessment data collected, an analysis is performed to identify key belief patterns, structures, processes, and other dimensions relevant to the promised results.

STEP IV - Customization: Staff then commences the following activities:

  1. Industry Research: As appropriate, industry researched is conducted and evaluated for use in the session.

  2. Customized Design: Using the previous evaluations and analysis data, the off-site experience is designed using proprietary SAGA methods.

  3. Preparation: Necessary groundwork for the off-site is performed including media, facilities, workbooks, exercises, and other related elements.

STEP V - Facilitation: Implementation occurs in a facilitated 2-day off-site experience. An example of an Executive Team Development Program is as follows:

  • Orientation and Expectations
    • Review/Development of the Strategic Context
    • Development of the Performance Gap by Excavating the Real Issues and Concerns using Institute-based research models.
    • Training in Proprietary Methods for Accelerating Results
    • Unique Alignment of Commitment and Beliefs via patent-pending methods.
    • Development Of Critical Success Factors Necessary for Breakthrough Results
    • Design of Objectives, Metrics, and Actions
    • Creation of Accountability Framework for Performance and Implementation using the Institute's proprietary methods.
    • Committed Plan Of Action With Timeline And Accountability Parameters>

STEP VI - Debrief: After the completion of the session the team debriefs with the Executive Sponsor on results, implementation advice, and future support options as appropriate.

STEP VII - Accountability Implementation (optional): On-site Follow-Up Sessions or additional programs are used to  evaluate and course-correct application of the experience back into the organization.
